Fingal County Council’s Summer Project and Halloween Project Programme Funding is administered by Fingal County Council, Community & Sports Division.
Approx €70,000 funding is available to groups within the community and voluntary sector who are providing a supervised programme of recreational and educational activities for young people in compliance with current Covid-19 public safety guidelines and restrictions.
The maximum funding available to groups is €2,000. Eligible items include bus hire, activity centre entrance fees, insurance, venue Hire, trainers/ facilitator/specialist/speakers, project material, bouncing castle & entertainment hire, shrubs/ planting materials, arts & crafts materials, equipment hire (audio/ video, costume, photographer, face painters, DJ (this list is not definitive)
Applications are open to Community and Voluntary groups. Single interest and membership based organisations must ensure their project is open to the public.
Projects must be held during the required timeline i.e. Summer Projects during the summer months and Halloween Projects during the Hallloween week. Past projects have provided a range of activities for young people such as arts, crafts, dance, drama, sports and other recreational events.

To register your interest in this funding, please complete the Expression of Interest Form below. A Community Officer will then be assigned to your group to assess eligibility, to prepare other relevant information (Insurance details, list of volunteers, programme of events/ calendar of activities.
Expression of Interest Timeline
Summer Project (project to be delivered during the Summer Period)– to be submitted before 28th February 2021 (5pm)
Halloween Project (project to be delivered during the Halloween week ) – to be submitted before 28th July 2021 (5pm)
Please note the Expression of Interest form is NOT AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING. Groups that do not complete the Expression of Interest Form within the required timeline (detailed above) will not be considered for Funding.
