We the undersigned hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below. We have read and understand that the general instructions, rules, and regulations for Exhibit included in the Prospectus are part of this contract. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of space desired is enclosed; we agree to pay the balance of the space rental price within 10 days notification of space assignment. Applications mailed after June 30, 2024 must include full payment. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Exhibit Director.
For cancellations prior to June 30, 2024, all monies less $50 service charge will be refunded. Cancellation after June 30, 2024, obligates the exhibitor to full payment for rental with no refund.
