We have read and understand that the general instructions, rules, and regulations for Exhibitors included in the Prospectus are part of this contract. A payment of $315 per table is enclosed. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Exhibit Chair Rhonda Danielson at rdanielson714@gmail.com.

For cancellations prior to June 30, 2025, all monies less $50 service charge will be refunded. Cancellation after June 30, 2025, obligates the exhibitor to full payment for rental with no refund.
