We the undersigned hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below. We have read and understand that the general instructions, rules, and regulations for Exhibitors included in the Prospectus are part of this contract. A payment of $315 per table is enclosed. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Exhibit Chair Rhonda Danielson at rdanielson714@gmail.com.
For cancellations prior to June 30, 2025, all monies less $50 service charge will be refunded. Cancellation after June 30, 2025, obligates the exhibitor to full payment for rental with no refund.
