CUSTOMER FAQ

Are your cakes nut-free, dairy-free, halal or vegan friendly?
- They are not, unfortunately. The cake is nut-free, but the facility in production could cause cross-contamination.
What is your accepted payment method?
- Through e-transfer only! Under no circumstance will we accept cash.
Can we order for pickup or delivery the next day?
- No. Orders are made in batches daily based on pre-orders made 48 hours in advance for both our cakes and savory food.
How spicy is our food?
- We like to compare the spice levels to sriracha, but in a more tasteful manner.
Does our food always come hot?
- No. We are not a restaurant, but more of a meal prep style of business. Our food is made fresh in the morning, but are refrigerated before pickup/delivery. We will always send a food guide to help you enjoy our food as it is meant to be.
