Hi, I'm Angela. I’m a thoughtful, positive, and enthusiastic strength & nutrition coach, a total nerd when it comes to the human body, & an advocate for sustainable fitness & nutrition habits. My approach to fitness can be described in one word: simple. There’s a lot of flashy and loud fitness “advice” thrown out into our world to distract us. I’ve fallen for it in the past on my own personal quest in health and fitness, and I’m sure you have too. No fad diets, no excessive exercise or crazy supplements will be found here. This is an approach that you can utilize for the rest of your life, and I’m here to make it as effortless and straight-forward as possible.
