  • This is for submissions for the Film & TV awards categories.

Deaffest invites UK and International emerging and established filmmakers to submit their films to the 14th Film and Arts Festival, taking place in Wolverhampton, UK in Spring 2022.

For many years Deaffest has been proudly screening and supporting the works of emerging and established D/deaf filmmakers from the UK and around the globe. We work to showcase not just the films themselves, but also the talents of D/deaf filmmakers, actors, writers and more, providing inspiration to those who aspire to work in the film industry including the young D/deaf generation.

As the home of Deaf Films, we would like to extend that opportunity to you. So, whether your film is a short film, feature length, documentary, artistic, etc., if you want a chance of having your film shown on the big screen then submit your film to us.
The Deaffest Film and TV Awards 2022 has 11 award categories for you to submit under. If you do not wish to submit your film to the award categories, we also have a non-competition category. Please make sure you tick the appropriate boxes below.
