Fear Columbus is 40,000 square feet of dark attraction with hundreds of customers constantly moving through the attraction during operation. We unfortunately cannot stop the production and impose on another guest's expereince to search for a lost item.
We have designated team members that will search for lost items when the House Lights are back up and all customers and staff are out of the building. This can either be at the end of the night, during the week, or during the morning of an operational day, depending on our hours. PLEASE keep in mind that, because of the seasonal and late nature of this business, our hours will fluctuate day to day.
Just about every item lost in the attractions is found at some point, and usually fairly quickly. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can and will conduct a thourough search for your lost item. The goal is 100% to get your lost item returned to you.
We will contact you if your item is found and let you know when you can come pick it up. If we cannot find your item, we will be sure to contact you. Please give us a few days as finding lost items is just a fraction of our other operational committments.
We understand that losing an item sucks, but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we do everything we can to get your item back to you.
