Entertainment Partner Contract

1. This agreement terms are known as the Special Terms defined in the Global Play Network Terms &Conditions described in Clause 7.2. I authorize Global Play Network, Inc., to list my business on the Global Play Network Platform and use images, logos, and content of my business. I authorize Global Play Network, Inc., to use our business name to advertise on different marketing channels, such as the Global Play Network website, E-mail Marketing, Social Media Channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, etc.3. I understand that there is no contract cancellation with this Agreement. I will give 48 hours notice to de-list my business from the Global Play Platform.4. I support Global Play’s campaign of asking the Government to provide grants to aid the Entertainment industry recovery and authorize the use of my business name.5. I understand the Global Play is a facilitator of the Merchant Partner's services, and GPN's relationship with the Merchant Partner extends to the communication of GPN purchases, the number of entries granted from the Merchant Partners, and the benefits provided to Consumers through their or their Family Members' Membership. Also, I by signing this contract, I have read and agreed to the privacy policy and partners terms & conditions of Global Play on these links.6.
