Instructions

Before continuing, please submit your summer camp registration for each child attending.
Submit your request for financial assistance promptly.
For applications to be processed, you must upload a copy of your T1 General 2025 (or 2025 Notice of Assessment), showing Line 150 (Total Income) which must include proof of your name and address for you and your spouse (if applicable). You may alternatively email this to camp@wol.ca.

Funds are limited and therefore offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. All requests will be considered. Applicants will be notified if/when the request if approved.

Please note: Additional activity fees and snack shack money are not covered by financial assistance. Families applying for financial assistance are limited to one week of camp for each child. We appreciate your understanding.
