    • Pick-Up

      Your turkey will be available fresh from the butcher on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. If you are unable to meet us at your local farmers market location on Tuesday, we will be glad to schedule a time for you to pick up your turkey at the ranch on Wednesday, Nov. 24th. We understand that your plans may change and will contact you the week before pick up to confirm the date and time you select below.

    • Payment

      An invoice for the deposit will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is processed. You will be billed for the balance when you pick up your turkey. Thanks for your support and welcome to the Amber Oaks Family!

    • Our Buyers Club offers you a monthly subscription to a box of your choosing delivered to your local market the first week of each month.

    • Pick-Up Location

      We will deliver the Buyers Club Boxes to your local farmers market location during regular market hours. If there is no market scheduled, we will meet in the same location for drop-off.

    • Pick-Up or Delivery Location

      There is no charge for picking up your order at a Farmers Market or for delivery of orders over $300. Orders of $100 or more are eligible for delivery for a $25 fee. Deliveries are made on Mondays between 3 pm & 5 pm (limited to NE Austin area)
