    List of courses: List the courses (title and department name) that you are taking this current semester or term. If your transcript does not list courses taken last semester or term, please list those also.

    Letter of reference:  You should ask one faculty member familiar with your academic work to write a letter describing how participation in a research seminar in American Studies at AAS might contribute to your continuing academic maturity and giving any other information that will help the selection committee evaluate your abilitites and academic record.
