Preparing for your Appointment
- Appointments are on a first-come first serve basis.
- Parties will be required to comply to the “Preparing for your Appointment” guidelines.
- Auction lots will be brought to buyer’s vehicle. Buyers are responsible for the loading of auction items.
- Please arrive on time to your appointment. Follow signs to the removal location.
- All attendees are to wear a face covering as required by the state, and to maintain "Social Distancing" of 6 feet.
- The Visiting Party or others entering the Property with or on their behalf agree to enter the Property at their own risk.
- The Visiting Party agrees to take, and to ensure that all persons entering the Property with them or on their behalf take, reasonable precautions to protect Seller representative and Visiting Party against exposure to or the possibility of contracting COVID-19 by complying with federal CDC, state and local directives and guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 Emergency.
- Removal admittance will not be allowed for attendees not following stated requirements.
