Hello, love! I am so excited for you to take your first step towards achieving your DREAM hair! I offer five methods of extensions to suit the various needs of any client desiring additional length, fullness, and/or customized color placement- Weft, K-TIP, I-TIP and tape. This consultation form is designed as a preliminary screening process to see what extension method will suit your lifestyle/goals best! After completing this form you will receive a text/email from me with a short briefing on your potential install options as well as current extension consultation availability. Clients will need to come in for a complimentary in-person consultation. During the consultation we will discuss desired method of application, length, and color match your hair! You will be informed of all of the required maintenance and how to take care of your new investment. Once a deposit is collected, we order YOUR brand new remy hair extensions and schedule your customized install. Ready? Let's get started!
