Please fill out the form to submit requests for new graphics or materials and/or request changes to your website. As of February 2021, all work requests and/or content edits must be submitted in writing via this form. It takes about 10 minutes to fill out completely (or less if you have practice!) and ensures YogiPro has all the information necessary to build assets and creative solutions for you with optimal speed and efficiency.

We need to know the size/dimensions/shape of the graphic material you would like us to produce! Please include all spec requirements for graphic requests.
Please tell us exactly what you would like us to do! Even if you spoke with someone on the phone about your request previously, please provide as detailed a description as possible, as it's likely that another member of our awesome fleet will be processing your submission. We're working on it, but we haven't figured out how to read minds just yet! These submissions initiate an email chain that often gets passed around our fleet to complete requests, utilizing the multitude of our collective talent and skill! Our level of efficiency and rigor with which we complete every request correlates directly to the level of clarity we are provided in the initial submission. That means the clearer you are here, the less expensive it will be to perform!
Copy/paste all verbiage you'd like us to include **SuperBonus for verbatim wording! Do you need your copy edited? We always check for general spelling and grammar, and basic editing is included with your submission. Need us to write copy for you? We'd love to! (But we can't create great content from nothing!) Please include a list of the things you'd like us to incorporate, and make sure to check the copywriting box in the next section. Please indicate what level of copywriting or editing you would like us to perform after receiving your submission.

Please allow us as much time as possible to complete your request. Just like everyone else, we do our best work when we're not rushed! We have many clients and all requests are processed in the order in which they are received, considering the due date for each deliverable. Please note, if the date indicated here is within less than 10 days of date submitted for website-related tasks or less than 25 days for new graphics, our standard rush fee of 1.5x our normal rate will apply as per your client contract.* (Exclusions do apply - please contact Sarah or Lexi directly after submission.)
Please indicate if your submission is urgent. We do our best to remain sensitive to the needs and timelines of every one of our clients. When urgent submissions are received, we do some juggling and move everything around to accommodate however possible. This process is complicated, and takes great care to not render neglect. Upon selecting yes, your request will be accelerated to the top of our queue, and our standard rush rate of 1.5x will apply as per your client contract.

Terms & Conditions
Agreeing to the terms and conditions of this form constitutes that you understand all YogiPro Policies and that the information you provided is complete and true. Please remember, if the due date indicated per your submission is within less than 10 days of the date submitted for website-related tasks or less than 25 days for new graphics, our standard rush fee of 1.5x (time-and-a-half) the standard hourly rate for approved services rendered by YogiPro, in addition to the appropriate Gross Receipts taxes as determined by the State of New Mexico will apply. YogiPro reserves the right to refuse any “rush” job as defined above, on a case-by-case basis. (Exclusions do apply - we try to be humans about it. Please contact Sarah or Lexi directly after submitting your form.) Similarly, indicating that your submission is urgent will result in the acceleration of your request to the top of our queue and the standard rush rate of 1.5x (time-and-a-half) will apply as per your client contract. All submissions are subject to the terms & conditions stated here as well as all current Agency Policies as stated on our website at www.yogipro.co/policies. By submitting this form, you indicate that you are in agreement with all terms and conditions as stated above and wish to move forward in accordance with any and all policies in place at the time of submission.
This system is new and far from perfect! We've been hard at work to design a system that balances ease of use for our clients with efficient and easy workflows for the Fleet.
