• Vendor Application for Stringbreak Fest

    • Previous Vendors are pre-approved.... fill this form out and we'll send you the payment link.
    • New vendors need to attach 2-3 pictures of your product(s) or give us a website we can take a look at, along with the application.

    We will send you a payment link if you are good to go! There is no payment option on this form

    LOCATION: Sertoma Youth Ranch – 85 Myers Road, Brooksville, Florida 34602-8295

    BOOTH SET-UP:

    Starting @ noon Wednesday or complete by 2 pm Thursday
    RV sites & full serve foods must set up Wednesday or we can’t fit you in!
    Vendors may come in as early as Monday at regular camping fees, but will have to wait until their space is assigned on Wed. for permanent set up.
    VENDING  HOURS:

    Thursday   5 pm til 10 or later
    Friday       11 a.m til 10 or later
    Saturday   11 a.m. til 10 or later

    VENDOR AREA: Vendors are set on a "when you get here" basis... we will try to put all vendors in their previous location if at all possible. Your site location will be available the day prior to the fest. Please don’t set your gear up til you clear it with us! The Arts & Crafts & Food Midway is situated within the festival site. Bring a 50 ft extension cord; a 30 amp adapter, and be prepared with your own lighting and hose.

    Vendors may not sell drug paraphernalia, or offensive merchandise. 

    Again, there is no payment option here, if things look good we will send you a link to pay for your booth online....
