    • May 22-26: Summer Rocks! School is out and we can play by a different set of rules! Toss Water Balloon at your teacher? Sure! Wear your PJ's to camp? Why not! Run, Bounce, and watch movies, thats allowed too! This week is full of all the wild and fun. Campers will participate in activities from outdoor play and basketball court games to painting faces and arts and crafts. It will be action packed with fun!
    • *May 30-2: Ok! I Like It Picasso!: There is a hidden talent in all of us, why not help unleash your child’s talent through art? Our summer  art camp program is designed to explore the exciting world of art and creativity through a wide range of multi-media activities. -NO CAMP ON MEMORIAL DAY
    • June 5-9-Sports Mania: This camp is designed to help campers explore, discover, and have fun at the sports they love. Let’s work together to encourage a lifestyle full of physical activity that can last a lifetime. This week campers will gain experience with Basketball, Volleyball,Wrestling, Swimming, Karate, and basic physical conditioning. Perfect for Athletes of all abilities. 
    • June 12-16: Under the Sea: Join us for a week of hands-on exploration as we learn about fish, creatures, and other life under the sea. Camp activities will include art, science, outdoor time, nature, movement,and SWIMMING!
    • June 19-23: We've Got Spirit: Campers show their summer spirit by dressing up and participating in special activities each day of the week! (M-PJ   T-Wacky Tacky   W- Favorite Sports Team    R- Favorite Character     F- Tye Dye) 
    • June 26-30: Brain Twister: Campers will spend the week solving the curious questions of the world. From puzzles to scavanger hunts this week is sure twist and stretch more than just the mind. 
    • *July 3-7: Water Wars : Set in the heart of summer when the heat is at its peak, our "Water Wars" week features a week-long marathon of water-based activities. We are sure to cool off with water balloon fights water gun relay races, swimming and more! -Sun Block Requested
    • July 10-14: On Your Mark..Get Set... Read!: Book and wiggle worms unite this week. Campers will learn about authors, create their own story all while being active and HAVING FUN!
    • July 17-21: Mad Scientist: Boom! Whoa! What was that?! We will find out in this wacky, weird, science themed week. We'll spend the week playing, learning, and doing the wild, strange, and unusal!
    • July 24-28: Back to School Bash: This week is all about celebrating the end f the summer and welcoming a new school year. Each day will be full of high energy activities, classic field day games, and revisit favorite activities from the weeks before!
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

    Campers must be picked up by 5:30pm or there will be a $1 per minute fee assessed for each minute after 5:35pm. This late fee is charged per camper.

  • Parents cannot be listed as emergency contacts. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. At least one person listed must be within one hour of the center/home, able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.

  • LIABILITY RELEASE

    I release National Fitness Center, Court South, and its assignees to use the likeness of (e.g. group photos of campers, actino shots of campers, etc.) and quotes by campers for various publications, including but not limited to: local newspapers, commercials, nfc1.com, National Fitness Center Facebook pages, newsletters, and brochures.

    IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: SWIMMING, MARTIAL ARTS, DANCE, TUMBLING, CHEERLEADING, BASKETBALL COURT ACTIVITIES, AND ANY OTHER SPORT OR FITNESS RELATED EVENT, THE UNDERSIGNED:

    Agrees that the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will instruct the minor participant that prior to participating, he or she should inspect the facilities, class, and equipment to be used, and if the participant believes anything is unsafe or too difficult, he or she will immediately advise his or her coach/instructor or supervisor of such conditions and refuse to participate.

    Acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the rules of play, training, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Furthermore, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

    Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability, or death.

    Release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue National Fitness Center, their other affiliated clubs, their respective administrators, directors, agents, coaches, and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and leasers of the premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter referred to as "releases" from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury including death or damage to properry, caused or alleged to be cause in whole or in part by the negligence of the release or otherwise.

    Realizing that a sudden illness or accident may occur, I hereby ask Camp Director and Club Manager to use their best judgement in such cases in caring for my child(ren). In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for National Fitness Center to seek appropriate medical care for my child, including consultation or care by a physician and tranportation to a medical care facility/hospital.
