Congregational Survey: Wednesday Night Class

The elders at Southside Church of Christ ask that each Southside family complete and submit a return to Wednesday night classes survey by February 8, 2021. To submit your completed survey, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of this form. Your responses will be used to help us plan for a responsible return to "in-person" classes.
The elders would like you to know we are considering a near-future return to Wednesday night "in-person" classes and that all known precautions are being taken to reduce your potential exposure to the virus. Such things as physical distancing, wearing of face masks, avoidance of physical contact, prohibition of snacks, and the availabilty and use of hand sanitizer in addition to the sanitizing of the church facilities are all in place. We feel that sufficient facts are now known about how to make our classes as safe as possible and those precautions are in place. We ask that you complete this survey of your feelings and desires to return to Wednesday night small group classes.
