Colibri Crystal Studio policies :
- Once your order has been placed, you agree that I do not accept returns or cancellations due to the nature that these are customized products
- Full payment is required in order to process your order and be placed on the production list. Turn around times will not begin until payment is received.
- The current turn around depends on the amount of orders placed ahead of yours. These are ranges and do not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact me to ensure that is possible. Any rush orders needed before the current turn around time will be subject to a rush fee.
- I will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and products. Please contact me within 24 hours after the delivery of the item.
- Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names or quotes. I am not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end.
- All items are handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections. Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or displa.
To ensure the life of your custom item please follow the care card instructions that are included. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care.
- Once payment is received, I will send you updates on your item. Once item is completed, I will send you pictures and videos. A form will be sent for you to sign that the custom item(s) are within your expectations.
