The Third Assembly of the ISA decided to hold a Special Session of the Assembly to select the next Director General of the ISA. The First Special Session of the ISA Assembly will be held on February 15th, 2021 from 1500 HRS (IST) onwards. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the session will be held virtually. The session will be open only to the ISA Member countries that have signed and ratified the Framework Agreement of the ISA. All the delegates from the Member countries are requested to register on the link provided below to ensure seamless conduct of the session. Member countries may kindly refer to the advisory for the First Special Session of the Assembly which is provided on the registration link. Further, all the Member countries are requested to download and submit a duly signed credentials form, provided on the registration link, by February 13th, 2021 to facilitate examination by the Credentials committee of the Assembly in accordance with Rules of Procedure of the ISA Assembly.
The Provisional Agenda and related Assembly documents have been circulated to all ISA Member countries through email. In addition, guidelines and advisory for voting, if required, have also been shared with all ISA Member countries through email.
