PopUp Frederick - Season 2021 Events - Vendor Application

Please complete the application - choose which event(s) and date(s) you are interested in. Artists are notified and a contract is sent (which you complete and return with payment). The goal is to have each event be unique, with new artists at each event - so even if you are available for multiple dates, you may not be chosen to exhibit and sell at more than one event in each location. Fee is listed with each event. All the logistics, marketing and coordination is provided by PopUp Frederick, but - participating artists must use their professional, personal and social networks to help promote the events. Assistance (social media use) is available if needed. Covid 19 Community Safety Guidelines will be in place at all events: social distancing, masks, limited number of attendees in the venue. Events may be cancelled due to community health, inclement weather & in that case only, fees will be refunded. 2021 Event Schedule

Sky Pop Makers Market at Sky Stage

(Fee: $50)
First Saturdays: May 1, June 5, July 3, August 7, September 4, October 2, 11am-3pm (May & June) 12-4pm (July-October) at Sky Stage at 59 South Carroll Street, in downtown Frederick. We're partnering with SOUL Street to boost the visibility of our diverse community of artists & makers and the July 3 Market will be a 'SOUL Street Take-over' celebrating their first anniversary.

Each month 8-10 vendors - will display & sell their handmade art, home decor, baked goods - along with demos &/or performance. Display spaces are approximately 7'x7'.

Markets and Music in the Village

(Fee: $55 each for 1-4 events, $50 each for 5 or more events, paid in advance.
Every Friday Night: May 7-September 24, 5-8pm. 10-15 artists & makers in the Village at Worman's Mill.

Each week our 10-15 vendors will show and sell. Vendor spaces are approximately 10'x10'. The weekly Artist/Maker Markets are paired with a Farmers Market, live/dj music, food trucks, craft beverages, take-out from local restaurant & bakery and more! Lawn seating or tables & chairs available in the park-like setting, so patrons can shop, dine, relax and enjoy the beautiful ambiance with friends and family.

NOTE: If the Friday Artist & Maker Market is canceled due to inclement weather, it is automatically rescheduled for Saturday. If that doesn't fit your schedule, you can choose a future Friday night date. Refunds are not an option unless the event is fully canceled (i.e., if the health department closed us down).
