Sooke Minor Fastball Safety Plan & Consent

• Do a self assessment to ensure you are fit to attend. If you are feeling sick at all, stay home.
• Players must be registered for the 2021 season with Sooke Minor Fastball to attend.
• Players must be pre-registered for each session. No drop-ins allowed
• No spectators, just coaches and players.
• Do not enter the facility more then 5 minutes before your sessions begin.
• Upon enter, you will sign in and sanitize your hands.
• Age groups will be kept together to minimize close contact with too many others. ie: U14, U16 and U19 will each stay with respective age groups
• Masks will be worn at all times from entry to exit of the building.
• Coaches will prepare drills that encourage distancing to the extent possible.
• Limited washrooms facilities are available. Players should come ready to participate without needing to change.

If you must cancel, please email president@sookefastball.ca No Shows may not be able to attend future clinics. We want to ensure all SMFA players have an opportunity to attend.
