  • Scoping Process

This is a paid discovery process billed at $2000 flat fee. The review process typically takes 8-10 hours, including the time to review your workflows, make recommendations, revise the proposal and meet with you to discuss (if desired).

We'll create a preliminary proposal for your project scope, including recommendations on any minor changes to your process or tech stack that will make automation easier. We'll also provide a list of any items needed to finalize the proposal - for example, existing collateral such as form templates that you want us to digitize.

Once the propsal is finalized, we'll have you designate each item as "Do Now", "Do Later" or "Don't Do". While we'll be as comprehensive as possible with the list of opportunities, we'll ask you to pick between 3-5 items to start with for a first round of work and we can come back to any additional items as a separate project.

    • Process Overview: Learn how we work with clients.
    • Pricing Sheet: Get an idea of what it will cost.

In order to complete a White Glove project we require you to meet a few criteria:

    • Must have documented processes that are at least 80% complete, i.e. don't plan to make any structural changes within the next 12 months.
    • Must have worked with at least 10 clients.
    • Must have the time available, i.e. no major upcoming commitments that will redirect your attention while working on the project.
  • Would you like us to send a proposal for a custom automation project?
  • Scoping Process

The Scoping Session is a paid, 90-minute session where we'll:

    • Discuss your existing processes and tech

    • Review your Process Outliner, discuss any areas that need clarification, begin analysis and recommendations
    • Discuss initial recommendations, make revisions if needed, and begin implementation (time-permitting)

Before we meet, we'll ask you to send over your written workflow documents and will review and generate notes to discuss during our call.

After the meeting, we'll provide you with a Scoping Sheet, outlining your areas of opportunity with their corresponding cost and timeframe for implementation.

After our session, we will provide a written analysis covering recommendations for your next steps. The recommendations will be organized into three categories:

    • Easy Wins: These are items you can implement on your own within 30 days or fewer.
    • Middle Ground: These are items you may be able to implement on your own with a little time or assistance. These items are great opportunities to cover during a coaching engagement if you want to be more involved.
    • Tech Heavy: These are items that most people would not want to try at home as they are more time / labor intensive or require more tech-savvy. By outsourcing these items it's generally cheaper and/or faster than DIYing or doing as a coaching engagement. We'll also include a custom proposal for these items and any others you request.
  • Should be Empty:
