Member Media, Photography & Filming Consent

Aberdeen Snowsports Club
In accordance with our Safeguarding Policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the child or the parent if the child is under 16. Photographs and videos will be stored on our website.
Aberdeen Snowsports Club will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform Aberdeen Snowsports Club via email info@aberdeensnowsportsclub.co.uk immediately. All videos or photos will be stored on the members only area of our website.
Trainee / Parent (if under 18) - I give my permission for my child's

- videos to be used on the club's website and social media pages

- photograph and videos to used and stored for the purposes of coaching and training (for example, to indicate and record progress, to show good technique.
