The centrally located 15th-century building has 4 rooms available: 1 studio of 32m2 (with private bathroom, kitchenette and a workroom) and 3 big rooms of 26/28/32 m2 (with separate bathrooms). One room is a music room with piano (J. P. Löfberg, 7 octaves) for musicians. There is also a separate 8.5 m2 workroom for one visual artist.
