This application is intended for those applying for F-1 student status or possess an F-1 student visa. If neither applies to you, please inform international@afi.edu. To be issued an I-20 from the AFI Conservatory, you must be accepted into the program and submit a completed I-20 Application Form below.

*REMINDER* The form I-20 cannot be issued to you until:

1) You have been admitted into the AFI Conservatory, 2) paid your tuition deposit, 3) submitted all necessary legal documents into this form and, 4) submitted acceptable, official financial documents (in English) with enough liquid funds to cover a minimum of one academic year of tuition, fees, and living expenses as listed below.

IMPORTANT: AFI Conservatory Fellows on an F-1 visa are not permitted to work while in the United States for the first academic year of the program unless given explicit and written permission by either the Conservatory or USCIS.

If you are in your grace period, be sure to contact your advisor to ensure your transfer is approved and processed before the end of your 60 days.
