  • PRESENTER AGREEMENT FORM

    By presenting at ICAR 2021 (the “Conference”), I acknowledge and understand that the organizers of the Conference (the “Organizers”) and Graves Audio Visual via OnAIR Conference Platform (“Graves”), will capture my presentation in audio and/or video format for digital distribution. The Organizers, at their sole discretion, may make the captured presentation (“Presentation”) and all accompanying materials (“Materials”) available electronically for the duration of the Conference and for a period of time up to 60-days post-Conference as determined by the Organizers. 

    As an author/presenter at the Conference, I agree to adhere to the following:

    • I agree to present my session at the Conference as scheduled.
      During my Presentation I will not promote my services, my company or products in which I have a commercial interest.
    • I will notify ISAR/ICAR (info@isaricar.com) immediately if an emergency would prevent me from meeting my obligation as a conference author/presenter.
    • I warrant and represent that my Presentation is my own original work, factually accurate, and contains nothing libelous or otherwise unlawful. I have the authority to enter into this Agreement, and I am the sole copyright holder or that I have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any persons or organizations whose material is included or used in my Presentation.
    • I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend ISAR/ICAR from and against any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any third-party claim arising out of my breach of the representations or warranties made by me in this Agreement.

    I hereby authorize the Organizers and Graves, free of charge, the following permissions: 

    • Use my name and/or image in photos, video, internet transmission or other media,
    • Create and use Conference speaker 'teaser or promotional interviews' for publicity of sessions,
    • Record and livestream the audio and/or video of my Presentation,
    • Make my recording available on-demand in the virtual platform for the duration of the Conference and for a period of time post-Conference as determined by the Organizers.
    • I understand that ownership of copyright stays with me/the author.   

    I understand that individual viewers of the Conference may be able to acquire Presentation slides and the content provided during the virtual workshop through their own means, such as screenshots, personal recording software, etc.
