Hair Aid Global Cut-A-Thon Participation Agreement

By submitting this form, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the following terms:

Commitment to Participate: You agree to actively participate in the Hair Aid Global Cut-A-Thon scheduled for Wednesday, 29th July 2025.

Donation of Proceeds: As part of your participation, you agree to donate the proceeds from at least one haircut completed during the Cut-A-Thon event to Hair Aid. This donation should meet the local minimum rate for a standard haircut or an agreed-upon amount that reflects fair market value.

Fundraising Requirement: All funds raised during the event must be transferred to Hair Aid within 7 days of the event’s conclusion, in strict compliance with any relevant fundraising laws applicable to your country of residence.

Adherence to Fundraising Regulations: You are responsible for ensuring all fundraising activities comply with the regulations specific to your location, including all legal stipulations for charitable contributions.

Professional Standards: All participating stylists must possess legitimate credentials in accordance with the professional standards and laws of your nation or region, or they must follow the instructions of an educator for emerging stylists who are currently receiving training.

Use of Media: You grant Hair Aid the right to use any images or videos you share publicly on social media or submit to Hair Aid directly. This content may be used on Hair Aid’s social media channels, digital advertisements, and the official Hair Aid website for promotional purposes.
