    Welcome to the AUS FMC Application form. The Financial Management Committee (FMC) will use this information to ensure your funding application is properly associated with your organization and contact person. This information will also be used to contact you or your organization if more information is needed to support your application. The FMC Handbook contains a list of this academic year's FMC meeting dates and information on how to formulate an application properly and is available on our website (ausmcgill.com). Please note that FMC will only consider applications submitted by Friday @ 5:00PM the week before an FMC meeting in that round of funding decisions.
  • Supplementary Departmental Fund Application

    This fund is for departmental associations or affiliates within the Arts Undergraduate Society that are seeking to fund events and initiatives which are beyond the scope of their annual budget. Student groups that are not under the AUS may not apply to this fund. For more information on fund eligibility, please consult the AUS Financial By-Laws, AUS Constitution, and FMC Handbook, all of which are available on our website (ausmcgill.com).

  • Please note that the Financial Management Committee reviews all applications and is responsible for the allocation of funds. Once this application is received by the AUS, you will be notified via email when your application is being reviewed and given the opportunity to present at an FMC meeting. The AUS Legislative Council must ratify all decisions of the FMC. You will be notified of FMC's decision regarding your application after AUS Legislative Council approval. Typically, it will take two to three weeks to receive a final decision about your application.

    This fund is for student-run journals and magazines operating within the McGill community. Preference is given to AUS departments and affiliates.   • Fine Arts Council (FAC) Fund Application

    The FAC exists: 1) to create a community of fine arts at McGill; 2) to harness the collective energies of Fine Arts programs; 3) create more opportunities for McGill students to express themselves through the Fine Arts, and; 3) support new Fine Arts endeavours and help to expand existing ones. The fund allocates 10% of its money to support new or one-time projects. This fund contains $16,000.00 for FY2021. Please refer to the AUS Fine Arts Council By-laws (Constitution, Bylaws, & M.O.A. | Arts Undergraduate Society of McGill University (ausmcgill.com)) for more information about this fund.

  • Ethical Procurement and Sustainability Fund Application

    The purpose of this fund is to support the implementation of the AUS Sustainability and Ethical Procurement By-Laws by reducing implementation costs for internal entities and to support community and student organizations advancing the mandate of the Sustainability and Ethical Procurement By-Laws through community engagement. Preference is given to AUS departments and affiliates.
