• Spring 2021 Schedule Request/Blackouts

    Use this form to submit your schedule requests or blackout dates for this season. You must submit this form even if you have no blackouts, this will still put other important information where we need it.

  • Team & Coach Information

    IMPORTANT: Coach contact information is published with your schedules and will be the method for other coaches to contact you regarding reschedules.

  • Schedule Requests

    Grab your calendar! You have the opportunity to make special requests or avoid potential conflicts. Remember to consider all things: tournaments, birthday parties, weddings, spring break, other activities that involve a lot of your players such as school activities (homecoming/prom for high school bracket), etc. Games begin March 13th and run through May 15th. Games may extend another week for rain outs if necessary but will be determined with coaches if that situation arises.

  • Sundays

    It is very rare that we can accommodate a request of absolutely No Sundays for this league. Please DO NOT blackout 6 Sundays if the actual date itself doesn't matter. This makes things complicated. If Sundays in general are a problem, we will do our best. We start games at 1:00 on Sundays (no morning games).

  • Blackout Dates

    Blackouts - You may make up to 6 selections for dates/times that you wish to NOT have a game scheduled. Be sure to pay attention to whether you are selecting partial/half days. (Partial/half days still count as 1 blackout). If you have more than 6 dates that you cannot play, select your most important 6 and list any others in the comments below. We will do our best if possible but no guarantees beyond the 6.

  • Select your response for each possible game day below!  You may select up to 6 blackout dates (this includes partial day blackouts). You must have at least 10 "Available to Play selections!"

    Available to Play = Can play any time

    Blackout All Day = Cannot play at any time this day

    No Morning Games = Game must start noon or later

    No Afternoon Games = Game must start before noon

    Other - If you select this option please use the Notes/Details field below to further explain. (Example 3/27 - Can't play after 3:00, or 4/3 must be done by 2:00)
