The VoCul Culinary Training (VoCul for short) is a program of The Good Acre, a non-profit food hub in Falcon Heights. Our pilot is a 14-week educational program delivering training in the following areas: career development, culinary foundation skills, food safety, nutrition, local sourcing, and seasonality. being a community organization partner, connecting us with those with a need for employment/training in a culinary career pathway
