    Westin Homes Warranty Coverage

    This form is required whether it is an emergency or non-emergency during the warranty period on the warrantable items of your home.

     Year 1:                 Deficiencies in Workmanship/Materials/HVAC.

     Year 1 to 2:          Deficiencies in the Delivery Portion of the Systems                                                                              (plumbing and electrical systems).

     Year 1 to 5:          HVAC System (Parts Only) through the manufacturer (Lennox).

     Year 1 to 6:        Major Structural Components of the Home.

      In Case of Emergency

    If you have an emergency after work hours (8-5) or during the weekend and your home falls within the warranty period metioned above, please call the Westin Home's emergency line at 281-207-7683.  

    Note: An emergency is considered: No A/C or heat in the entire home, a water leak that cannot be stopped, plumbing drain clog on the entire home and no power on the entire home.

     

  • Warranty Concerns

    Note: Please be short and detailed in typing your warranty concern as well as providing us a  picture for each concern.  Warrranties will not be processed unless there is a  PICTURE FOR EACH WARRANTY CONCERN. 

     

  • *Third Party Inspection List*

    Note: Any concern(s) that you have from a Third Party Inspection Report will need to be added as a warranty concern on this form along with a picture(s).

    The Warranty Request WILL NOT BE PROCESSED unless the concerns and a picture from the inspection report are listed in the concern boxes below.
