The Moncks Corner Halloween Festival will feature 4 food trucks of varying cuisines, child friendly menu a plus. We will be looking to keep duplication to a minimum.

The fee for this event is $50.00.

This event runs 5:30-8:00pm on Wednesday October 28, 2026.

**Town of Moncks Corner Business License will be required if application is accepted. A safety inspection is required for all new food trucks.

Town of Moncks Corner Food Vendor Standard Operations:

I am applying for vendor space at an event for the Town of Moncks Corner. By signing below, I agree to follow the Town of Moncks Corner Food Vendor Standard Operating Guidelines as well as applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

When/If accepted into the Halloween Festival:
- I will need to obtain a Town of Moncks Corner Business License
- I will need to have my food truck inspected prior to the event. I understand I must contact Bobbi Jo Seabrook at 843-719-7914 to schedule the inspection.
- I will pay my $50.00 participation fee prior to the event, money will not be accepted on site, payment information will be sent upon acceptance. You can pay in person at Town Hall or a STRIPE payment will be sent to the email address provided.
- I will follow the Town of Moncks Corner Food Vendor & DHEC Standard Operating Guidelines and Appendices, and I expressly agree to abide by all provisions contained therein.
- I do hereby grant permission to Town of Moncks Corner, and its partners, the use of any multimedia, including photos and video, of me in advertisements, publications, social media and or any other collateral materials.
- Electricity and water WILL NOT be provided.
Payment information will be sent after requirements are met and application details are confirmed with Food Truck Owners.
