Scoring Definitions
Weak – This area of your school/district culture is a liability needing to be given the focused attention and strategic action of leadership to begin making gains.
Emergent – You are on the road to developing this area of your school/district culture. There is more work to be done, but you are certainly on your way.
Strong – This is an area of strength for your school/district. Continue to intentionally invest to make it stronger and your global school culture more resilient.
