We are searching for friendly, reliable, honest, polite and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service to join our DeSIGN Team!

This position operates similar to DoorDash/Post-mates/Instacart etc. In this sense, we assign installs/pick ups and the employee’s salary is dependent on how many signs are scheduled for install and pick up, not how many hours worked.

Therefore, it is mandatory to have reliable transportation, yet it is extremely flexible and a fast easy way to make money! Pick ups will be assigned to areas that are close to an employee's residence to limit mileage. This is not always guaranteed because DeSIGN Me Up! serves several areas within St. Louis including: STL County, STL City, and St. Charles County.

Employee will be informed 2-3 days ahead of time when a yard sign needs to be installed or picked up.

Sign drop off is located in Creve Coeur or another customer’s home to be installed. Also, employees will be supplied with necessary equipment to be able to work quickly and efficiently. (Garden gloves, bags, light, reflective vest, etc.)

 

Start Date: March 1, 2022

No experience necessary; training provided

Salary: $25 per install / $15 per pickup (varies 5 pickups/installs a day)

Requirements:

17+ with valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Familiar with most areas in St. Louis
Flexible schedule
4 hours of unpaid training/shadowing
