Please fill out the following form to be invoiced for one of our shows. We will invoice you within 1-3 business days and invoice will be included with product delivery. You can choose to pay the invoice with any major card or check. We ask for payment to be made within 30 days of purchase. Please include a purchase order number on this order form if applicable.

If you wish for additional edits to be made to your music, you may purchase edit time for $50/hour. If this is something you're interested in specifically, contact us for a quote on the amount of time it will take our team.

FX Customization is an additional $50 per hour of service.
