Body Balance is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout to build flexibility and strength leaving you feeling centred and calm.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creating a holistic workout.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, limited mats will be supplied.
