STONEAROO MUSIC FESTIVAL - SEPTEMBER 16 - 19, 2021 PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE

For and in consideration of permitting me to access certain real property commonly known as 1226 Big Marrowbone Road, Ashland City, Cheatham County, Tennessee 37015 (the "Property"), and of my participation in certain activities, including, without limitation, a music festival, camping, and other activities and use of Property facilities (collectively, the "Activities") as provided during the StoneAroo Music Festival, during September 2021, hosted by John Stone, Tammy Stone, Johnstone Enterprises, LLC, StoneAroo Music Festival and The Humble Heroes Foundation (collectively, the "Released Parties" and/or other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned (the "Participant"), voluntarily sign and acknowledge and agree as follows: 1. I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily submitting this Waiver so that I may enter the Property and participate in the Activities. I am of legal age and am competent to sign this Waiver. 2. Being allowed to enter onto and use the Property and participate in the Activities carries with it certain inherent risks and unknown risks, including the risk of property loss or damage and the risk of serious bodily injury or death, that cannot not be eliminated regardless of the care taken. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that he/she knows, understands and accepts these and all other risks known and unknown, seen and unforeseen related to his/her entry onto and use of the Property and participation in the Activities. The undersigned asserts that his/her entering onto and use of the property and participation in the activities is wholly voluntary and that he/she knowingly assumes any and all risks associated with such entry and/or use. 3. I acknowledge and agree that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Activities. I acknowledge that by participating in the Activities during or after the COVID-19 pandemic, I am participating in a potentially dangerous activity, which involves a risk of infection to me and anyone I may come into contact with. Such risk can lead to serious bodily injury or death by me, a family member or other persons from COVID-19, including any and all complications ("COVID-19 Illness" I am responsible for knowing my own state of health at all times, including knowing whether I am exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, nausea, and/or vomiting. If I have any questions regarding my health, either now or in the future, I acknowledge I should consult a physician and not enter the Property. 4. I represent and warrant that I will not enter onto and use the Property and/or participate in the Activities if as of each date I enter onto and use the Property and/or participate in the activities I (a) am not experiencing any of the above symptoms of COVID19; (b) have not experienced any such symptoms within three days (72 hours) prior to each entry; and (c) have not come in close contact with anyone confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the two weeks prior to each entry. Furthermore, if I have experienced any of the above symptoms in the past, I will not enter the facility unless (i) I have been symptom-free for three days (72 hours) without the use of fever-reducing medications, and (ii) at least ten (10) days have passed since the symptoms first appeared. 5. I acknowledge that as part of the protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 among participants and employees, I may be required to participate in and pass a health screen prior to my entry onto the Property. This health screen may include a temperature reading. I acknowledge and consent to the health screen, including the temperature reading, and understand that if I do not pass the health screen, I will not be allowed to enter the Property. I acknowledge that I am required to practice social distancing in the Property to the greatest extent possible. This means that I must maintain a distance of at least six feet from others. I acknowledge that I am strongly encouraged for my safety and the safety of others to wear a mask at any time I am unable to maintain a distance of at least six feet from

I acknowledge that the Released Parties do not have expertise or even knowledge in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind or in determining the existence or effects of COVID- 19. I acknowledge that in entering or using the Property and participating in the Activities there is a possibility of accidental or other physical injury or illness, including exposure to COVID-19, loss of life, or loss of my property. I have been fully advised and understand completely the hazards and dangers incidental to in entering or using the Property and participating in the Activities, and I hereby assume all such risks and dangers attendant to those activities, including the negligence of any of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent allowed by law. 7. The Released Parties can rely on all representations made by me in this Waiver. I understand that I can and will be disqualified from entering or using the Property and participating in the Activities if any statement made by me in this Waiver is false or inaccurate. 8. I acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties have not given me any guarantees, warranties or representations as to the safety of the Activities. 9. I voluntarily assume, to the fullest extent allowed by law, all risks, known and unknown, of the Activities, including the risk of property loss or damage and the risk of serious bodily injury or death and the risk of COVID-19 Illness, however caused, and even if caused, in whole or in part, by the action, inaction or negligence of the Released Parties. 10. In the event that any damage to the Property occurs and/or is caused by the undersigned due to his/her willful actions, neglect, or recklessness, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any such damages. 11. The undersigned expressly agrees that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Tennessee and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. 12. I hereby release and discharge the Released Parties and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, designees, affiliates, successors or assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), to the fullest extent allowed by law, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees) including, without limitation, personal injury, accidents, illnesses, death and property damage/loss, relating to or arising, directly or indirectly, from the undersigns' entry onto and/or use of the Property and/or Participation (collectively, "Claims"), including any Claims relating to property belong to the undersigned, regardless of the cause of any such Claims. Neither I nor my estate will sue or make a claim against the Released Parties or the Indemnified Parties for loss or damage suffered by me in connection with the Activities. If I violate this Agreement by filing such a suit or making such a claim, I will pay all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred by the Released Parties and/or the Indemnified Parties in defending such a suit or

I irrevocably authorize the Released Parties to use photographs and video of me and or my property and authorize the Released Parties' assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees, including newspapers and other media, to use and publish (with or without my name or with a fictitious name) photographs and video in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing, including in all electronic forms and on all electronic mediums (such as Event Websites, Facebook and Instagram), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the Released Parties. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the photographs and video, any written copy or finished product. I hereby release and discharge the Released Parties, its assignees, licensees, legal representatives or transferees from any and all claims, damages and liabilities from or related to the use of the photographs and video. 14. I agree that this Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee; and that all disputes and matters arising under, in connection with, or incident to, this Waiver, will be litigated in a court located in Cheatham County, Tennessee.

15. I have been given ample opportunity and time to read, and have carefully read, this Waiver, and am encouraged to review it with an attorney of my choosing. I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this Waiver and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me. I intend for my signature to be a completeand unconditional release of liability and assumption of risk to the greatest extent allowed by law. I understand the contents and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Waiver, which contains the entire understanding relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be changed or amended, except in a writing signed by an authorized representative of the Released Parties.

I further acknowledge that this event is a 3-night event, and that arriving early or leaving late is not allowed. Not following the designated times will result in removal from the event and/or banned from future events. I recognize that the hosts of StoneAroo have staff, family and close friends that may already be on site prior to the Guest arrival, and those individuals participation is separate from the event Guests.

I agree to remain in the designated event areas, and pledge not to cross any roped off areas or come near the private residential areas of the hosts.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

ENTERING ONTO AND USING THE PROPERTY AND PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT OF MY OWN FREE WILL AND NOT

UNDER DURESS. MY SIGNATURE, INCLUDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, BELOW IS VALID AND BINDING

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.
