Copyright & Policies: I acknowledge that all images taken by Pea Pod Photography LLC are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. It is illegal to copy, scan, print, or reproduce images without permission. A limited print release is included with the purchase of digital files from my session, allowing personal use such as printing and posting on social media with photographer credit. The release does not cover publication from chain labs or altering images. By selecting "I Agree," I agree to abide by these terms.*

Portrait Agreement & Policies Summary. By selecting "I agree," you accept the terms and conditions of Pea Pod Photography ("PPP"), operated by Kaela Mutter. Retainer: Nonrefundable unless PPP deems otherwise. Session Rescheduling: If PPP moves the session due to unavoidable circumstances, the retainer is nonrefundable but transferrable. If the client cannot reschedule, the retainer is refundable. Cancellation: If the client cancels a rescheduled session more than once, the retainer is forfeited. Payment: Retainer is due immediately to reserve the session. The balance is due at the session date. Late Policy: If the client is over 20 minutes late (15 minutes for mini sessions), the retainer is forfeited. Additional Editing Requests: Requests for additional editing will incur at a fee. Copyright & Print Release: PPP retains copyright. Client is granted a limited print release and cannot use images for commercial purposes without consent. Social Media: Sneak peeks are a courtesy and must not be reedited or filtered. Image Use: Client may refuse social media use of their images with prior notice. Liability: PPP is not liable for any safety concerns during the session. Products: Session fee does not include prints or digital files. Gallery Access: The gallery is available for 15 days.
