I take full responsibility in the event of any theft or damage to my equipment while it is being stored on Maple Grove Raceway property. I understand that the track has no security in place to protect my equipment.

By signing below, I acknowledge that Maple Grove Raceway, its owners, management and Maple Grove Development are not liable for any damage to my item(s) being stored.

I also understand at the request of Maple Grove Raceway and Maple Grove Development I must remove any item of storage, at their request for certain events. If I do not remove any item, Maple Grove Raceway and Maple Grove Development reserve the right to have any item towed. The cost will be my responsibility.
