When you have finished the application, you will receive a confirmation page with a link to a reference form that we ask you to send to an adult who knows you well (a teacher, advisor, coach, mentor, etc.). If you would prefer to send that link to your recommender before you finish the application here it is: 2021 Nalukai Academy Reference Form. That recommendation form will be considered as part of your application.

To apply to Nalukai, please answer the following questions. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions – we’re simply trying to get to know you a little better.
In 25 words or fewer, tell us what you hope to gain by joining the 2020 Nalukai Academy cohort.
Describe a time you played a leadership role for an event or in a group. What qualities or strategies did you employ? How did people respond to your leadership?
