To follow the current health guidelines of the STATE OF ARIZONA, ARIZONA GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT, AND BEN AVERY SHOOTING FACILITY; all attendees, including participants, spectators, staff, and coaches will be required to wear a mask at all times when at the 'facility'. The 'facility' includes the parking lot (outside of your vehicle), spectator area, check-in location, equipment inspection, field of play, and vendor areas. The only exception is for archers when they are at the shooting line.

    • Seating will be provided for the athletes with appropriate spacing to observe social distancing requirements.
    • Only 2 archers will be shooting per bale on separate lines.
    • Athletes are not to congregate in groups larger than 10 people. Bales will be set up accordingly.
    • Coaches will not be permitted on the field of play. No coach credentials will be available for this year.
    • Spectators will be restricted to a designated space behind archers seating. Canopies and chairs shall be provided by the spectators. Space is limited for non-athletes so we ask that youth archers travel with 1 family member or adult when possible.
