Please note:
1. Intending official visitors are requested to submit this form to the Global Relations Division (GRD), Mae Fah Luang University at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the proposed visit. GRD will coordinate with the relevant offices and personnel to match the visit request, and advise the contact person of the outcome in about a week's time upon receipt of this form.

2. Although all requests will be considered carefully, there are times when the University must limit its response due to the level of demand. MFU reserves the right to decline requests and not all visits will be accepted.

3. For cancellations, please notify us at least one week in advance.
