    Our company advises you that as your employment application is being processed an investigative report may be ordered; including information as to your character, general reputation, and personal characteristics. Upon your written request within a reasonable time from the date of this application, additional information as to the nature and scope of the report will be provided. The purpose is, among other things, to verify the completeness and accuracy of the employment application.

    A Friend's House all prospective employees to undergo a comprehensive background investigation after an offer of employment has been made. This investigation is repeated annually. This may include, but is not limited to, driver’s license and record, certification and/or professional licensure, education, employment, and criminal checks. Should the background check disclose any misrepresentation on the application form or information indicating that employee is not suited for hire or continued employment, the applicant will not be hired, or if already employed, may be terminated.
