Benefits
Benefit premiums are paid within the same month of active benefits. For example, June benefits are paid from June 15th & June 30th paychecks. Since you are leaving the district & will not return in August, please let us know how to deduct your final month of benefits.
If you would like your coverage to extend through August 31st, premiums must be paid in full by your final paycheck. Please select which option you prefer:

Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy pays staff an annualized salary, which allows staff to receive a pre-set amount of gross pay per month throughout all 12 months of the year. This payment method also facilitates payment of your TRS contributions, insurance, and/or other deductions throughout all 12 months of the year. In accordance with Payday law, Legacy is legally obligated to pay employees who leave, for any reason other than an involuntary discharge, their final pay no later then the next regularly scheduled payday. By selecting "I agree", you are giving your approval for Legacy Preparatory to continue paying your remaining salary over the summer months.
