- Occupant shall have removed all belongings from the LPSS facility by the end of the day of the "Date of Termination"
- OCCUPANT SHALL NOT LEAVE TRASH, DEBRIS, OR OTHER DISCARDED MATERIALS in or about the rental space or the LPSS facility. The rental space shall be left UNLOCKED.
- Your Rental Agreement REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF FIFTEEN (15) DAYS PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY. The fifteen (15) day period shall not start until written notification is received by LPSS. Notices sent after LPSS business hours(10: AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday excluding Sundays, Mondays & Holidays) shall be credited as received on the next LPSS business day. The contract continues to be in full force until the unit is vacated and ALL RENTS CONTINUE TO BE DUE during the notice period.
- LPSS shall refund rent and/or other fees due to Occupant within thirty (30) days after Occupant relinquishes rental space as per the provisions of the LPSS Rental Agreement. Occupant's mailing address to send refund to:
