Be a part of the best tailgate party in America on September 3-5, 2021 at Carson Park in Paducah, KY!
Join the TNT Team as a bartender for Touchdowns and Tunes Tailgate Party 2021! Must be at least 20+ yrs old, possess valid drivers license, and hold valid star certification. Bartender Schedule is as follows:

Friday, September 3 12:30pm - 11:30pm
Saturday, September 4 10:30am - 11:30pm
Sunday, September 5. 10:30am - 11:30pm

There will be 3 bartenders assigned to each bar at all times. Each bar will operate on 2 hour shifts with 2 serving bartenders and 1 bar back. Once bar back duties are completed, each person will have a food/rest break.

Bartenders will earn $10/hr plus tip pool. All tips collected during the festival will be divided amongst all bartenders.

There will be a mandatory bartender training on Wednesday, September 1 at 5:00pm. This will allow you to see the grounds and have a better understanding of the festival before the gates open on Friday at 4:00pm.*

FREE On-Site Camping: Bartenders working the weekend can have a free on-site camping spot from Thurs, September 2 - Mon, September 6. The spot is 10x20 with a 4 person capacity.
