Cook David Lee, owner of Fired Cookery Classes has a passion of Asian Street food. He provides cookery classes from his home in Killough Showcasing delights of Asian cuisine. He believes that food can be a powerful cultural expression. He collaborated with organisations including Cook It, Take 5 projects, to bring a taste of Asian food culture to the South Down area.

Join in the Chinese New Year celebrations with David Lee, as he guides you through his handmade Shanxi noodles a delight your taste buds.Perfect for the seasoned chef or a humble beginner. This dish will transport you to the Hustle and bustle of a street food market.Listen to the snap and crackle of hot seasoned oil, as it infuses with the flash of hot chilli flakes and fresh aromatic herbs. So, get your chopsticks at the ready.
