• COVID 19 Special CRRSAA* Funds

*Coronavirus Response and Supplement Appropriations Act
  • Student Assistance Fund for Emergencies related to the Pandemic

    CRRSAA funds:
CRRSAA Funds are available on a limited basis to currently enrolled Art Academy of Cincinnati students. These funds are available on a first-come-first served basis to students in need due to any circumstances surrounding Covid-19. The dollars are intended to help provide resources for our currently enrolled students and assist with items related to housing, food, concern for personal and emotional well-being, unexpected early departures from campus, storage or shipping of belongings, technology to support remote learning, and any other essentials to help students stay safe and creative.

    Application Process:
Students who need emergency financial assistance may apply for CRRSAA funds. This application requires basic demographic information and a short explanation of the circumstances which have resulted in the financial need. The Emergency Fund Committee, consisting of staff members from Academic Affairs, Student Services, Financial Aid, and the Business Office, will review the submitted application and determine the appropriate funding amount.

Funds distributed will vary based on need but will generally range from $250 to $2,000. The committee will review all applications.

The student may be requested to meet virtually with a committee member to discuss their application. CRRSAA funds should NOT affect future financial aid qualification. For information on the application please contact the Director of Student Services at 513-552-6273.

Funds are limited to currently enrolled students.
