  • Welcome to the IMES - Evening & Weekend Programme's Online Application form.

    First of all, you will be asked to give us some information about your profile and contact data.

    Furthermore, you must upload the following documents (pdf, jpg, doc or docx) so, be sure to have them at your disposal:

    a copy of the university diploma or equivalent degree;
    a CV (European format) in English;
    a cover letter in English, stating the motivation to attend the Master;
    English language certificate or a language knowledge self-statement*;
    one passport-size photograph;
    a copy of a valid passport or another identification document;
    proof of payment of the first instalment of tuition fees of 500 € (candidates that will not be admitted will be totally reimbursed the first instalment of tuition fees within 5 working days).

    ATTENTION: Dear applicant, notice that together with this application form, the proof of payment for the 1° instalment is required. In case you will apply for the scholarship, your remaining tuition fee amount will be reduced by 1.000 Euros (value of the scholarship).

  • MASTER'S TUITION FEES - Details

  • Before attaching the required documents, you will read all the information about the payment of the Master's tuition fees.

    MASTER'S TUITION FEES

    The overall tuition fee for attending the Master amounts to 3.200 € (for the whole 3-month period). The payment of the fee is divided into 2 instalments.

    The first instalment of 500 € must be paid at the application phase: proof of payment shall be attached to the application. The other instalment must be paid within the deadline indicated on the Enrolment form.

    Scholarships of a value of 1.000 € can be awarded to students by the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce. Each scholarship will be granted based on the evaluation of the student’s application (according to the assessment criteria) and on the applicant’s income.

    Tuition fees include:

    • The application fees for the International Master in European Studies, Evening and Weekend Edition;

    • The didactic material; 

    •  The access to the Online Training Platform;

    • The insurance coverage during a stage after the Master (within a year after the end of the Master programme);

    • The creation of a CV book with your profile and emailing to relevant contacts; 

  • APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP

  • Scholarships of a value of 1.000 € can be awarded to students by the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce. Each scholarship will be granted based on the evaluation of the student’s application (according to the assessment criteria) and on the applicant’s income. To apply for a scholarship, applicants should fill out the following application part. 

    The scholarship is intended as a diminution of the tuition fees and not as a direct cash transfer. Therefore, the student who will be awarded the scholarship will pay reduced tuition fees of 2.200 €.

    IMPORTANT: Indicate either your personal income (if you are independent) or your family’s income (if you are financed by your family). Note that scholarships are given on the basis of income and merit. To be admitted as a candidate for a scholarship you need to satisfy the following criteria:

    • yearly personal income not higher than 8.000 € or yearly family income not higher than 30.000 €;
    • a score of at least 60 % in the evaluation of your Master’s application.

    Please, note that you need to satisfy both criteria to be admitted as a candidate for the scholarship.

  • I fully understand that any information furnished above, if proved incorrect or false will render me liable for any penal action or other consequences as may be prescribed in law or otherwise warranted. Any false declaration on my part will as well result in the cancellation of my application form.   • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • A maximum of 30 candidates will be admitted to the Master. Only candidates responding to the following admission criteria will be accepted to the Master:
      - To have a university degree of at least 3 years;
      - To will obtain a university degree before the beginning of Master's
      - To have good knowledge of English (listening, written and oral production);
    • Candidates will be admitted to the Master on a first-come-first-served basis. Only candidates fulfilling all the admission criteria will be enrolled in the Master programme. The Admission Committee from the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Institute of European Studies
      of the Catholic University of Louvain will evaluate applications and reserves the right to deny admission to the Master upon written justification. The Admission Committee reserves the right to invite candidates for an interview. Candidates will receive the confirmation of admission from the Admission Committee within 15 days from the reception of the application.
    • The application form shall be accompanied by the proof of payment of the first instalment of tuition fees amounting to 500 €. Candidates that will not be admitted to the Master by the Admission Committee will be totally reimbursed for the first installment of tuition fees within 5 working days. In case the Master will not be activated, candidates will be as well totally
      reimbursed.
    • The enrolment to the Master programme is completed only when the duly filled application form and annexes are received by the Admission Committee and after the Committee notifies acceptance of enrolment to the applicant. Following the completion of the enrolment, the first  instalment of tuition fees of 500 € is not refundable. The other instalment must be paid within the deadline indicated in the Enrolment Form. Students that have not settled the total amount of tuition fees will not be admitted to the Master.

    Information that you or those acting on your behalf may provide to us will be integrated into Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce’s file management database. The data that we hold will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. They will be used for the sole purpose of sending other information about our institution and related activities. You may write to us (privacy@ccitabel.com) and request a copy of any information that we hold and correction or deletion of any personal data held by us in accordance with the requirements of currently applicable data privacy law.
