PFI Farm Sign Interest Form

Please complete this form to express your interest in receiving a PFI-branded farm or mailbox sign.
PFI Members: We're excited to have a fresh supply of farm and mailbox signs featuring our new logo and branding! We hope you will consider showing your PFI spirit and sharing our message with passers-by.

Completing this form does not guarantee you will recieve a sign. Please know that while we budgeted to offer these signs to members at no cost, past demand tells us we likely won't have enough for everyone. If member interest far exceeds our current supply, we will look at additional funding sources for more signs.

Information we will consider for sign selections:
- Even distribution across counties and PFI's member-regions
- Potential visibility to traffic, customers and other farmers
- Past sign requests
If you are selected to receive a sign, you will be responsible for installing the sign, which includes sourcing the necessary materials and hardware to do so.

We will let you know this spring whether you will receive a sign at this time. If you do not recieve a sign, we will keep your interest on file and work toward getting you a sign the next time around.
