Our cancellation policy allows clients up to the 48 hour window prior to their appointment to reschedule or cancel without a penalty. An appointment that is canceled after that time will accrue a 50% of the appointment fee. Because of this, a credit card is required at the time of booking. When a credit card is procured at time of booking, this cancellation policy has been explained and a verbal agreement entered into on the part of both parties. (Note: Any form of payment may be used on the day of your appointment). Please provide the requested information below in order to complete your client appointment registration. If the client is unable to keep their appointment the day of, the full fee for the appointment will be charged to the card with 20% gratuity added.
